Our flagship offering is golden to pale in color,
with low bitterness, medium body, and a white
head. Our Cream Ale has redefined the category
and made a classic style cool again. We use
a bit of Madagascar Vanilla Bean to give it that
“Cream Soda” kick. This beer finishes dry despite
a subtle perceived sweetness from the Vanilla.
Great any time of year.

2 / PURE PROJECT NEON BLOOM  (5.3% abv)

Neon Bloom is a new West Coast pale ale that lights up the palate with bold flavors. Brewed with all hand-selected hops—Mosaic from Tributary Hop Farms in Washington and Citra from Westwood Farms in Oregon—it flourishes with aromas of sticky resin and juicy honeydew. A crisp, light body carries electrifying tastes of bitter orange, lemon zest, and pineapple, followed by a clean, dry finish.

3 / gREEN cHEEK bREWING lAVENDER LEMONADE (5% abv)

That beautiful, natural color comes from the use of an insane amount of lavender pods that we use to brew a ginormous, fresh batch of lavender tea, that then gets blended with our lemonade-style seltzer. It drinks pretty balanced, with the acidity and sweetness hitting at just the right level, and then a soft tannic hit of dryness from the lavender.

4 / bOTTLE lOGIC bREWING LECHE RESERVA (15.45% abv)

​Our third iteration of this bourbon barrel-aged Mexican Mole stout is here—now crafted without lactose so everyone can enjoy. Aged since summer 2022 in a blend of Buffalo Trace, Four Roses, Heaven Hill, and George Dickel barrels, Leche Reserva delivers a full-bodied experience packed with complexity.

Built on layers of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and warming spice, this year’s blend features a custom chili mix of Ancho, Guajillo, and lightly smoked Chipotle peppers, alongside Ceylon cinnamon, Filipino cacao nibs, and Madagascar vanilla. The result is a smooth, smoky, subtly sweet stout with a soft heat and a waffle cone finish.

5 / NORTH PARK ARC OF LIGHTNING (8.5% abv)

​With our friends from Murrieta, Electric Brewing, we present Arc of Lightning, a feat of science in a can. We shocked this triple dry-hopped Hazy Double IPA to the tune of 50 kiloamperes with an abundance of Citra DynaBoost, Citra Cryo, Citra, Galaxy, and Krush Cryo. Pour it into a glass and let bolts of punchy citrus, ripe mango, drippy peach, and passionfruit strike the palate and recharge your batteries.

6 / Drekker Brewing black forest cake (6.6% ABV)

Black Forest Cake Slang Du Jour is STUFFED with cherry, almonds, chocolate cake, and vanilla ice cream and you’re gonna wanna come back for seconds of this one.

1 / EDMUNDO CABERNET SAUVIGNON (14.5% abv)

A fresh and pretty tense cabernet sauvignon with plenty of red and black fruit. Still shows some restraint, with a tobacco and olive undertone. Tannins are tight and fine-grained with a juicy mid-palate and a tightly wound finish.
