head. Our Cream Ale has redefined the category
and made a classic style cool again. We use
a bit of Madagascar Vanilla Bean to give it that
“Cream Soda” kick. This beer finishes dry despite
a subtle perceived sweetness from the Vanilla.
Great any time of year.

Bourbon Barrel Aged Chocolate Espresso Stout • 14% ABV • This beer debuted at Week of Logic 2024 under the alias "Cabinet Noir."

As correspondents realized their mail was intercepted and relayed to the government in France’s ‘black rooms,’ they devised systems to encrypt & decrypt messages, laying the foundations for modern code-breaking.

This bourbon barrel-aged stout whorls flavors of Mostra-roasted "Ghost Bear" espresso and Filipino cacao nibs with whispers of spirit and oak, capturing the intrigue of covert communication in a dark, rich brew.

DDH Hop Fused Foggy DIPA (8.5%) with Nectaron, Nelson, Mosaic, Riwaka

This batch was brewed with a ton of flaked oats and malted wheat, and very aggressively hopped with some of our best hops and hop products, including our selected Mosaic cryo.

This light bodied Sauvignon Blanc is crisp and refreshing, with notes of citrus, white flowers, and stone fruit on the palate.

2 / San Simeon Chardonnay Monterey (14.6% abv)

San Simeon Chardonnay is a rich, mouth-filling wine with ripe, tropical fruit flavors, complimented by citrus and pear. The nose reveals bright fruit and toasty oak with hints of vanilla and spice. Mineral notes express the rocky terroir of the vineyards. This structured and well-balanced wine shows a lengthy finish with potential to age.

A fruit-driven people pleaser. Hints of peach blossoms and fresh citrus make it a natural to pair with a fruit plate. Or sip on the porch after dinner.

Summer-fruits intermix with citrus to give a wonderful, dry style of rose that is harmonious, full bodied and lively.

Bursting with aromas of blueberry, blackberry and a hint of cedar. Berry fruits continue on the palate rounded out with juicy cherries and integrated oak.
