Here at Scoops On Tap, we are all about community, culture, and delicious beer ice cream. That's why we source our ingredients locally and use beer from small craft breweries within our area. We are always planning something fun, so check us out on social media for the latest updates.
In 2011 Sam, while working at Dale Bros. Brewery in Upland, California, began to create a variety of different ice creams featuring the beers from Dale Bros. The ice cream became a featured item at many of Dale Bros. event and as its popularity grew, more and more requests came for an opportunity to buy it in pints. Not wanting to disappoint, Bryan and Sam partnered to create Scoops On Tap.
Sam Howland and Bryan Marasco are the creators of Scoops on Tap. They were both born and raised in Southern California. Both attended Cal Poly Pomona; Sam graduated in hotel restaurant management and Bryan is graduating in Business. Friends since the early age of six years old, their friendship was forged through the love of ice cream -- and maybe some video games too. Later on, as age allowed it, their friendship was solidified by a shared love of craft beer.
