WHO WE ARE
Sam Howland and Bryan Marasco are the creators of Scoops on Tap. They were both born and raised in Southern California, and both graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Lovers of ice cream with a passion for excellence, Sam and Bryan brought their EPIC ice creams to the people with Scoops on Tap.
